How do I earn A-Grade Rewards points?
You can earn A-Grade Rewards points by purchasing in-store and online, reviewing your purchases and by referring friends.*
How do I turn my points into discounts?
When shopping online at A-Grade Hydro, log into your A-Grade Rewards Program account and click the 'Redeem Now' button. Click on the amount you wish to redeem. You will be issued a coupon code to enter at the online cart checkout. (You will also receive an automated email with the coupon code if you decide to use it later).
When shopping in-store, let us know you have a Rewards account. We can redeem apply any eligible discounts manually. Alternatively, you can provide us with one of your coupon codes, which we can then apply to your purchase.
I redeemed my rewards points and received my discount code...do I have to use it straightaway?
You have 6 months to use any discount codes.What hydroponic products can I purchase with my redeemed A-Grade Rewards Points?
Almost all of the A-Grade product range is eligible for great discounts when you redeem your points. There are a few exceptions such as sale items, bundled combo packs, LED lights and some grow medium.
When shopping online, eligible products are easily identified by the badge below (circled).
How many redeemed points can I use with my purchase?
You can use your A-Grade Rewards Points to redeem up to 50% of the total price of your purchase. For example, if your purchase has a total price of $50, you can redeem $5-$25 worth of points.
How often can I use my redeemed points?
A-Grade Rewards Points are limited to a maximum redemption of $100 per customer, per purchase, per day.
I have entered a discount code, and the checkout is saying it's not valid. Why?
There are a few reasons why a discount code might not be accepted at checkout.
First: Make sure the discount code is unused and has not expired.
Second: Some products and items are not included in the A-Grade Rewards Program, and discount codes cannot be applied against them.
Third: Ensure that the coupon value is not greater than 50% of the eligible cart value.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance will be displayed on the A-Grade Rewards Program page when you login.
Do I have to enrol or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfil the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You receive points in your account instantly once you complete a purchase or promotion.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire if your account is inactive for longer than 2 years.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'A-Grade Rewards' tab.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
The A-Grade newsletter contains news and updates from the world of A-Grade Hydroponics. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
What are the product review conditions?
With our loyalty rewards program, we encourage people to earn points through leaving product reviews on product pages on our site, however we also are looking for legitimate constructive reviews to help other customers make informative purchases.
A-Grade Hydroponics reserves the right to moderate and/or remove any reviews that we deem to be not constructive in nature, a fair review of a product or simply spam. We want our product review system to help people make better product choices for their needs, and reward people for taking the time to add their feedback.
